These rules protect YOU as a PLRCheap.com (a HowIDid Enterprises Division) customer as well as all customers by preventing other PLRCheap.com customers from abusing this website.
By buying from PLRCheap.com, you agreed to the Rules, Terms and Conditions identified here and throughout the PLRCheap.com web site.
These are the Rules and laws for remaining an PLRCheap.com customer:
PLRCheap.com will not be held responsible and/or liable in any way for any loss or failure of any kind that you may face or encounter.
You are fully responsible to make sure you use PLRCheap.com products in ways that do not break or violate any laws in the United States or elsewhere. It is your obligation to make sure the products are not used in any way that violates any online and offline laws.
You are fully responsible to inform your customers and people who purchase PLRCheap.com products from you about their legal responsibilities.
PLRCheap.com have the full, unconditional rights to terminate PLRCheap.com customership website at any time.
PLRCheap.com can discontinue PLRCheap.com at any time without prior notice and has no obligation to continue to operate the PLRCheap.com site.
PLRCheap.com customers do not have ownership rights to any of the products offered by PLRCheap.com.
You cannot claim copyright to these products or their content unless you were to substantially rewrite them, such that the newly rewritten work has been changed sufficiently enough to satisfy legal requirements allowing you to claim copyright.
If you use the content to create a derivative work such as a content based web-site, we don’t mind if you claim copyright to the overall site.
Only PLRCheap.com customer can sell PLRCheap.com products. A PLRCheap.com customer is not allowed to make others, directly or indirectly, sell (ie “distribute”) PLRCheap.com products for him/her. This does not prevent affiliates from “promoting” the products for a PLRCheap.com customer (such as in the ClickBank marketplace).
A PLRCheap.com customer may never describe any PLRCheap product as “free” under any circumstances. Doing so is a just cause to have their product license cancelled immediately.
A PLRCheap.com customer may not give or share his/her access information to PLRCheap.com customers’ website or products to anyone else.
A PLRCheap.com customer is free to use the products on any PC that (s)he owns. With the exception of material which is marked for resale by customers, a PLRCheap.com customer is free to use the products on any web site that (s)he owns.
PLRCheap.com owners reserve the right to cease, suspend and remove at their own discretion any customer at any time.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a money back guarantee. You will receive the source code of our products (such as .avi files for video products, .psd files for graphics, word files for sales letters) and once the source code is delivered to you, there is no way we can restrict the usage at your end. We provide a sample at our home page. Please check that sample thoroughly before you make your buying decision.
Things You Definitely Can NOT do, No Matter What, without Permission:
Spamming is totally forbidden. If you are caught, OR we receive multiple complaints, etc. you will be removed immediately. No debate, no refunds. Please make sure any list you use is Opt-in.
A PLRCheap.com customer may NOT distribute PLRCheap.com images or grant any other person rights to use them.
You shall not hold PLRCheap.com responsible in any way for any loss you may incur.

Becoming a PLRCheap.com customer does not entitle you to any ownership of any products products offered by PLRCheap.com.
Under no circumstances, are you allowed to pass the source code files to your customers. They are strictly for your personal use for rebranding purpose.
This license is Non - transferrable.
Please avoid devaluing the products for a $1, we work so hard on so we can help all of you make money.

You CANNOT Offer These Videos in Dimesales
You CANNOT Offer These Videos in Firesales if there are more than 5 products.
You CANNOT Offer through Auction Sites
You CANNOT Give Away for Free
You CANNOT Claim Original Copyright
You CANNOT Pass Private Label Rights
You CANNOT Pass Master Resell Rights
What Can You Do With These Private Label Rights Products?
You can put your own name on them.
You can change them as you wish.
You can use them on your website.
You can use them in your newsletter.
You can use them in your autoresponder.
You can use them in your membership site.
You can use them in a free eCourse
You can use them in a free Special Report.
You can use them in a free eBook.
You can use them in a paid product.
IMPORTANT – you can include our videos in paid membership site that offer ONE other product/service as a main stream product/service. Membership sites that buy every product out there that comes with resale/mrr/plr and provide it to its members are considered as a way to devalue our products and hence cannot offer our products to their customers. If you run/own such a site, you cannot offer our products to your customers, not even one video. Our products cannot be included in such sites, no matter from where you have obtained them – either directly from PLRCheap.com or from one of our customers. Sorry!
PLRCheap has the right to revoke your license if any of these rules are broken.
